SHIPPING TIMES
The average shipping time is 48 hours on working days (Order placed before 11 a.m.). Example: You order on a Friday at 10:30 a.m., your order will be shipped on Tuesday. You order on a Friday at 11:30 am, your order is dispatched on Wednesday.
Some products that require more time to manufacture have a specific deadline indicated on their technical data sheet.
Of course, in order to satisfy you, we strive to limit this period as much as possible.
Yes, it's very rare but if an item cannot be delivered to you in the time indicated, we will tell you about it. inform as soon as possible. If the proposed deadline does not suit you, we will reimburse you.

-Bike courier: Delivery Paris intramural to your home against signature. Possibility of being delivered the same day if product available. Please contact us before placing your order.

MANUFACTURING
All our items are handcrafted, some of them from natural materials such as leather or stones. Variations in color are therefore possible despite our efforts to achieve similarity with the photo of the item presented.
Personalized jewelry (specific request, punching, engraving) is neither exchangeable nor refundable.
PAYMENT
Payment for orders placed on our website is made by credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard. Payment secured by the SSL SECURE SHOPPING system.) and Paypal.
You declare that you have read Terms and have accepted them, before formalizing your order. The act of order constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the GCS.
PRICE
The sale prices are indicated in Euros and include all taxes (VAT 20%).
They may vary due to the fluctuating cost of raw materials but you will always be charged the price announced at the time of validation of your order.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL WITH REIMBURSEMENT
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal from ORNER, without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty, provided that the Product(s) either (are) returned in its (their) original condition within fourteen (14) days following the communication of the withdrawal decision.
You are reminded that, in accordance with article L. 221-19 of the Consumer Code:
- the day of receipt of the Product is not counted within the period of fourteen (14) days mentioned above;
- the period begins to run at the beginning of the first hour of the first day and ends on the expiry of the last hour of the last day of the period;
-if this period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day.
The right of withdrawal is not applicable for personalized jewelry (engraving, punching, made to measure) or purchased in our Parisian boutique.
Products that are damaged, soiled or incomplete will not be taken back.

The costs of returning the package are your responsibility.
If the above conditions are met, we will refund your order (excluding shipping costs).
TRADES
You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order, to return to us after a message or call from you the item(s) that do not suit you, for an exchange, without penalty at the exception of return costs and customs clearance taxes for certain countries.
The returned item must be in good condition, in its original packaging, with its invoice and placed in a package; It is only after having checked the good condition of the returned item that we can proceed with the exchange with the desired item.
GUARANTEE
All the products supplied by the seller are new and benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
If it happens that an article is non-compliant, we undertake to replace it or refund it.
All complaints must be made by e-mail to the following address: info@bijouxorner.com, within thirty days of delivery.
AFTER SALES SERVICE
We take care of the repair or exchange of jewelry purchased on our website and in our Parisian boutique, during thirty days after purchase.
After one month of purchase, any repairs will be charged. The cost and time of this will be indicated to you during your request.
